About maal.top

maal.top publishes live leaderboards for digital tools, AI models, and open-source projects. Every chart is ranked by publicly available metrics — downloads, stars, trending scores — and updated daily by automated scripts.

What we are

• 20 auto-updating charts ranked by public API data (Hugging Face, npm, GitHub, PyPI, crates.io)
• 25 free client-side micro-tools (JSON formatter, JWT decoder, SQL formatter, cron parser, etc.)
• 1 weekly digest email showing the biggest movers
• A static site with zero tracking, zero login, zero backend

What we are not

• We do not write reviews, recommendations, or "best of" lists
• We do not rank physical products, Amazon items, or anything requiring pricing data
• We do not use AI-generated opinions or scraped descriptions
• We do not sell ranking positions

Methodology

Each chart displays a method version and hash. The same inputs always produce the same output. Source APIs are linked on every page. You can verify rankings independently.

Who runs this

maal.top is built and maintained by Gautam Kishore. The site is fully automated — no daily editorial work is required. Charts update themselves via GitHub Actions cron jobs.
